MEET THE NATIONAL NEGOTIATORS
Lesiba Thobakgale
A National chief Negotiator who leads the team of sapu negotiators on negotiations at the two bargaining councils(SSSBC and PSCBC) where issues affecting SAPU members are being deliberated upon, in order to improve the conditions of service within employment.
He is also SAPU National Spokesperson being the youngest to occupy the position in the history of SAPU also executing a responsibility to represent the position of the organisation on media spaces.
Brenda Mafoko
She was the first Black female to be employed in a very critical environment during 2002 at POP. Which the activist spirit was revived due to challenges in the workplace. Also active as a Unionist from those early years. I capacitated myself with lot of obstacles and challenges on my career path..Defending issues came naturally as I was able to assist colleagues with matters of concern that raise the name of Sapu amongst the rest .
