IN 2011 AN AGREEMENT THAT SEEKS TO INCORPORATE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT MEMBERS INTO THE POLICE ACT WAS CONCLUDED BY ALL PARTIES TO COUNCIL.
SAPU HAS BEEN FIGHTING AT THE SSSBC FOR THE EMPLOYER TO IMPLIMENT THE AGREEMENT, YET THE EMPLOYER DID NOT COMMIT NOR IMPLEMENTED PART D OF THE AGREEMENT
